Disaster Protection
Mother Nature takes no pity on precious memories. Your family's archive of photos and home movies may be seemingly safe in the shoeboxes in your basement, but chances are they won't be for long. Accidents and unforeseeable things happen such as floods, fires and other uncontrollable forces of Mother Nature that threaten your photos and home movies. You most likely have insurance for your home and your processions if heaven-forbid something was to happen. What about your priceless memories? Most insurance plans do not cover this type of material, but even if so, the value would never seem appropriate. The originals of your priceless memories can never be replaced.
Once the original captured memory is lost, it's gone forever. We encourage the backup of all photos and home movies and there's no better way to preserve your images or home movies than by converting them to digital format. After transferring all your newly digital images to DVD, we also post your photos in our secure online gallery, where there will always be a guaranteed backup copy. Unlike the physical material, digital copies do last forever.

Testimonials
"Dear Scan Digital Team, I just received your email that my order has been completed and is ready for shipping and I wanted to drop you a quick line to let you know how much I value every single aspect of your service approach. There is a lot of "anxiety" in shipping one's precious photos off for scanning. So the fact that you (1) acknowledge receipt by email, and then (2) later tell me when processing has begun, and then later (3) tell me when processing is completed and you're ready to ship... all these steps completely eliminate any angst. Secondly, the actual work itself... I think your people are not only helpful and conscientious, but they are also smart! As an example, when I included several Polaroid's for scanning (the kind with a large white border at the bottom... you cropped out that border on all the shots except one that had a hand-written date on it... and you included that precious date detail in the scan. Smart. I didn't think of it but I really appreciated it when I discovered you had. Even the "note" in the box with the name of the person processing my order made me feel good about what a careful company you must be. I'm well into "middle aged" years, so I've lived long enough to witness the decline in many service industries... and I'm sympathetic that it is difficult to "afford" to provide high-touch service for other than expensive products and services (and you are most reasonably priced). So I don't know how you do it, but I'm very appreciative. If you're like most companies, someone inside your business will someday "discover" a way to trim costs over time, and therefore also reduce the quality of your customers' service experience. But you've already convinced me - you are not like most companies. Thank you Scan Digital!! Keep it up. (And by the way, I don't have time to write emails like this, so you can imagine how strong my feelings are.) Loyally yours, Allan"
